New to being tired and not hungry

Options
Well, relatively new. 4 years is nothing, when you're pushing 45.
Diagnosis: hypo, 4 years ago, when even breathing was taking waaaay more effort than it should.
Currently on synthroid, and while it seemed to give me a great lift at first, there's a lingering fatigue that just doesn't go away. My doc measured my RMR at 1100 calories, so I work with MFP's 1200. I'm hungry when it makes no sense (haven't done anything, and ate a healthy breakfast 2 hours ago), and NOT at all when I should be. Right now I'm netting negative calories, thanks to a vigorous 90-minute hike. What do I want to do? Take a nap. Who cares about food? WTH??!

That's the bizarre illogical body I live in now. It didn't used to behave this way - years and miles of swimming and running, and food intake that correlated to those activities.

Since some folks really want daily exchanges/responses with their MFP friends, I'll confess now - I'm awful that way. However, I do cheer for my friends, and am happy to leap in if I think I have something useful to offer.

So, hi.
