You can do this! The idea that I've done it before doesn't help me any, it actaully makes it worse
I'm down 10 of the 75 I want to lose so it's going to be a long haul but they say the longer it takes to come off the better chance you have of keeping it off cause you're "changing your lifestyle" or so I've been told. Personally I found Zumba and a couple friends that keep me motivated to go ... now I'm looking at an elliptical for at home ... when I finally decide on one the plan is to get up an hour before the boys every day for some me time. We'll see how that works out
