Hello!
I hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with their goals! I am new to this site/ App.
My name is Ashley, Married and, I have 2 beautiful sons; One is 4 years old and the other is 7 weeks old. I've been married for a little over a year to my husband who is in the National Guard.
A few years ago, before I had both of my children, I weighed about 145/150 and was a Size 10/12 and I was pretty happy with that. Now, almost 5 years and 2 children later I weigh 217 pounds and I wear a size 18.
I would love to be back at my "pre-children" weight and pant size however, I know that will take some time. My first goal is to make it to my weight and pant size that I was prior to my last pregnancy. At that time I was 180 pounds and a size 14/16. Once I reach that, I will focus on my second goal of "pre-children." I figured It would be easier to obtain if I break it down into two separate goals and focus on them each individually at a time.
I look forward to sharing this experience with all of you!
