I've achieved my first goal, now what?

This thread is partially in response to the post by moya_rargh "Anybody still feel ugly after losing weight?" Here's what the MFP user writes:
"The thread title says it all. All that work trying to get in shape and your life is still a tale of brutal rejection and wondering what is wrong with you?
Am I the only one who can only see the 'old' me in the mirror?"
I want to post my "reply" in a separate thread because I want to encourage you all to look at your achievement perspective.
This issue applies to both sexes, but probably more for women than men;
If you agree with moya_rargh's statement, when you began your weight-loss journey you probably didn't like anything about your body and figured that losing weight would not only make you healthier, but also make you look better and change the way you look at yourself. Now, you recognize that you lost weight and have a healthier physical body. What is lacking, however, is your mental image of yourself. You don't like what you look like, and having a smaller waist and no double chin changed nothing about your self-image.
I want you to click this link and try to think about how you evaluate yourself. http://tinyurl.com/o6mqm3d

Set an other goal! May be something not related to self image but something along the lines of a sport achievement. Ever thought of running 5K? or doing a triathlon? or cycling? or kayaking? or swimming? or learning to sail? or dive? - the list is endless0
