30 Day Shred - Reboot

Hey, everyone

I'm re-starting the 30 Day Shred. I've tried it previously, and got about 2 weeks into it before I allowed myself to get totally de-railed. I do remember aching pretty badly in the mornings, so I'm not entirely sure if I'm looking forward to this or not, haha.

Anyway, this time I am DETERMINED to finish it. I may take a rest day here and there, but I'm going to give it my all.

Does anyone who has completed it or is in the process of doing it have any tips or suggestions?
