Hello. So I had an idea (like two years ago) to start during a daily diary of my weight loss. I tried writing it down, but after two days I didn't stick with it. So a light bulb came over my head to do video instead. My mom passed away this year of a heart attack in her sleep. So three years ago, the doctor me on high blood pressure medicine for my blood pressure. During these videos this week has has helped me so far.
