I lady at my work is a beachbody coach and asked me to join a team with her to start P90X3. I really want to but I'm afraid it'll be too intense and extreme at the moment. Any thoughts on P90X? Like it? Don't Like it? I also have my wedding coming up in June so I need to get going on this fitness weightloss business.

Full Disclosure, I'm a coach too. Here's what I know.
You don't have to have done P90X or X2 in order to do X3.
It really is only thirty minutes.
There are modifiers for all exercises so any level can do it.
I was able to try some of the moves when at an event in Dallas, it's a lot of fun.
The success rate is astounding.
What have you done before? Is there a type of workout you like? Have you done anything with TH before? I love his workouts, and his muscle confusion philosophy really does keep you engaged. I would say go for it. And, even though you have a coach, feel free to ping any of the other coaches with questions. We're a community, we'll help you succeed.0
