Finally down 35lbs

Weighed in this morning at the gym. Finally have reached my goal of 170, well almost 170.7, LOL. 13% BF, not quite there on BF yet but hope to be in a couple of weeks.

One of the guys I see all the time has started working at the gym so I spent a few minutes with him this morning explaining what I have done and what the previous trainer had set me up with. He tweaked my calorie intake to help continue to build lean muscle and continue to lose body fat. I know this is the lengthy way to do it, but I dont want to bulk up and then have to cut.
I am so happy, and my wife comes home tomorrow, have not seen her in over 7 weeks!
Thanks for all the reading and great information, this stuff works and I finally understand what I need to do. I hate being lost and not sure of things.
