I actually joined the site a while ago but never really took any entrance to this until a day or so ago....I have struggled so hard with my weight and now i'm TRYING to regain my life again and get my weight under control....If anyone have any ideas on how to keep me motivated and keep me on track, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE feel free to help me out,....I need help with healthy food ideas, becasue LORD knows i'm burned out on "grilled chicken and fish"......All help is greatly appreciated......
