T25 versus insanity

T25 is designed to prepare your body for Insanity. I have done Insanity for over a year, mainly month two as I would like to keep myself on the fitness level of month two (month one is shorter and much easier). When T25 came out, I tried immediately as I considered doing a hybrid of the two workouts. All I can say is that I had to do three of the T25 workout to even come close to feel like I did one month two workout from Insanity. The workouts are much shorter and while you get no breaks, the workout itself is notvery challenging...they are all pretty much easier versions of insanity workout moves. If you have the time, insanity is far better, more challenging and will yield better results. Remember, you only get out what you put in.0
