Cantaloupe

I just read a couple articles that say eating cantaloupe for breakfast (or on an empty stomach) can make a noticeable difference in the way you feel and the way you look. (Radiant skin vs dull, etc). Anyone have any experience with this being true? I hope so because I love cantaloupe and just got 2 huge ones from publix before I even read those. I had no idea it's best to eat them on an empty stomach though so I'm glad I read that.

If anyone has any other fruit "secrets" that would be great!
