Insanity Question

So I did my 2nd fit test today for Insanity and on some of the exercises my results went down, has anyone else had this problem?

Push-Up Jacks-22 Push-Up Jacks-23

Low Plank Oblique-32 Low Plank Oblique-36



Also when you count the switch kicks do you count each kick as one or do you count every other kick as one same question for the Low Plank Oblique?

Weight hasn't been coming off either! =(

    Yes some of my exercises went down while some went up.

    We are working our bodies hard - it is one of the toughest workout routine =)

    I don't look at my past test results until the day of the next test after I finish - this way I know I didn't do just one or two more sets just to beat my last numbers lol

    you count two kicks as one...it says it on the calendar and shaun t mentions it in the video...the plank exercise you count each side

    Oh and for me inches have been melting off since the first week. I started to lose weight once I get the recovery week. Your body is probably just in shock and is retaining water. I forgot where I read about.

    Just stick with it and you WILL see results!!!

    Guess I need to read and listen! I did the same, I didn't look at my 1st tests results till I was finished with todays. Thanks for the input.
