Do you know that feeling....

Options
.....that you get up on your lazy sunday, not feeling into going to the gym? Still, you drag your lazy butt of the couch and go. Afterwards, you feel amazing, you're bouncing of the walls.

Or after a long day at work, you drag your tired back to the gym, while your heart is shouting: HOME HOME. Still you go. You feel amazing afterwards.

I love that feeling, we all have been there, but we manage to do it and feel better afterwards.

Big applause for us :flowerforyou:

So true, you feel so much better after the gym but to get there you have to push yourself :)

I love that feeling of walking out of the gym after forcing yourself to go in the first place and you feel like you can accomplish ANYTHING! Thanks for the reminder of that 'work out high' It'll come in handy during these busy, cold couple of months:love:

Yep. You're right. I'm going for a run.

On the way out of the door, into the cold night: 'why am I doing this to myself?!'

On the way back in, after my run: 'WHY don't I do this more often?!'

    Every time.
