I think you are asking if you look like the top, you can sculpt to the the bottom photo.

If that's the question, the answer is you can be close. I'm 44. You can check my profile picture. My abs are actually pretty tight. However I will have some extra skin there no matter what because I've had kids and also because I've had 2 c-sections.

That being said, as much as you put into your body you will get out of it and some skin will shrink up. Best of luck!!

Yeah, you'd need to lose roughly 30lbs and gain some lean muscle mass. You need to start a good lifting program.

I agree with the weight loss. Not sure I agree with the lifting but I'm not disagreeing with it either.

I lifted and was sculpted in my younger days and was very cut and fit BUT my son hates lifting and is also very sculpted and cut. He has chosen to do P90x with very, very low weights, runs, and watches his diet carefully (I help him, obviously as he is 15). I've seen other folks who've done P90x and they are cut and tone also. That was why he chose the program.

My point is that you should pick what is going to work best for you and what you will stick with. Finding a program may mean trying a couple of things. Sticking with it is the key. Running by a trainer is good, too.
  • I think you'd do better if you stopped basing your body image on a picture you've found on the internet, that's probably been airbrushed/digitalised to within an inch of it's life.
