I received a HRM for my birthday - now I'm wondering now what? I will be wearing it when I go for a run - how do I know what target my heart rate should be in?
Any helpful information would be appreciation -

Google HR zones...it depends completely on what you're trying to get out of your workout. To really be accurate you need to have a cardio assessment done or metabolic assessment...but you can still be pretty reasonable by utilizing any number of HR zone calculators out there on the web.0
