Result Pictures and Measurements :D!! *Mainly Diet Changes*

Hello, I was wondering who all would be willing to share their progress made with mostly just modifications to your diet. I have classes in the day and work two jobs at night, therefore I don't really have time to work out much :(, I was hoping others have had success in weight loss with diet alone.

    Most folks are trying to work on being more rounded fitness wise. Very few do the only diet thing.

    I've never done only the diet thing (even when I was anorexic). I did, however, do 1.5 years of full time school, full time work, and full time family. I found time to run 20 minutes three times a week (usually Sat & Sun and one other day) and I'd work in 10 minutes of abs in the am. In the car I'd work on abs also and do butt clenches and keggling exercises.

    I'm not prob the best person to reply. My weight goes from 125 - 135 and I'm 5'1". So long as my size is 5 and I'm in a small shirt I figure I'm fine so I'm not really "kicking" it to get to 118.
