my family is having a dinner at carrabas tonight. any suggestions on what to get that won't blow my calorie budget?

    The site has the nutritional information posted http://bloominbrandscms.blob.core.windows.net/carrabbas-menus/CIG-NUTRITION-INFO-10-11-13.pdf there. I don't know how accurate it is and I've never been to a Carrabba's myself, but it's something to go on, I suppose.

    Get the lobster ravioli. It's 511 calories, which isn't really that bad, and it's really freakin' delicious.

    Not what I thought this thread was going to be about. :grumble:

    But seriously OP, get something you like. Box 1/2 of it when it comes to the table. Take the rest home. If you don't want to do that, red sauces are obviously better than cream or butter based. Focus on protein -- grilled chicken or meatballs. Choose grilled veggies instead of pasta sides.
