Very seldom do you want the cooked weight, since most most recommendations, food labels, and the like are "pre-cooked."
  • the serving size on the label is 100 g so i just measure 100g after its cooked and it will be the same nutrition facts on the label?

    It's for the pre-cooked weight.

Why can't you measure it before cooking?

For what it's worth, the difference in the weight is only water when it comes to ground turkey, so don't get too obsessive.

Didn't you ask the same thing already for raw chicken breasts?

Meat rule: for ALL MEAT, if you want an accurate idea of the calories and macros, you weigh the meat that you're going to eat RAW and enter that amount in your diary. Then cook it. Then eat it.

If it's too complicated for whatever reason to weigh raw, just cook the meat and then use the USDA measurements for cooked meat products that are in the database.
