Welcome! Finding this place is a great first step. Everyone here is supportive and helpful so if you need advice, motivation or just a pat on the back, someone will be there. As far as recommendations, I HIGHLY recommend a balanced exercise plan that combines cardio with weight training. Too much of either one won't give you the results that you're looking for.
