Need Reviews on Noosa Yogurt

I bought 2 8oz containers of Noosa Aussie style yogurt and now I am scared to try it. Its sitting in my refrigerator begging me to try it and I keep reaching past it.

I am used to raw milk home made yogurt and if I eat store bought it is either full fat Fage or Greek Gods plain with berries added.

I know its not Greek yogurt and that is whats making me scared to try it, I am picky when it comes to yogurt.

Please tell me if I wasted my money on this stuff. Also, please reviews (positive and negative) and favorite flavors if you like it.

It is amazingly delicious! I like the mango and tart cherry flavors.
  • It's really good w/ some granola, berries or your favorite cereal layered on top.

You're scared of yogurt? You'll either like or you won't.

FFS people will create drama out of anything.

It's pretty frickin' delicious. A bit nuttier than greek or other store bought yogurts, which I really like about it. The strawberry rhubarb is my favorite. I usually eat greek yogurt for the protein, but Noosa tastes amazing.

Obviously you didn't read what I wrote. I said I am used to eating home made raw milk yogurt and if I eat store bought I eat Fage.

Not creating any drama, just asking for reviews. If it had bad reviews I would take it to work and put in the community refrigerator for someone else to eat.

Get a life if you think this is creating drama. Geesh.

What does FFS mean by the way???

You gonna die if you eat that yogurt. I'd dispose of it immediately. Don't dump it down the drain, it will probably corrode your plumbing. Take it to the local toxic waste dump to be sure.

If you're used to raw milk yogurt I'd stick with that. All those YUMMY probiotics and digestive enzymes, don't fix it if it ain't broke.

FFS is for ****'s sake...and google is your friend

It's ok. Too thick & too much like sour cream for my taste.

It was absolutely delicious and then I discovered it actually wasn't vegetarian friendly. So now I has a sad...
  • Delcious - Strawberry Rhubarb is my favorite, The lemon is good also-but a little too sweet for me.

I love Noosa! It's certainly a bit different than regular greek yogurt, but it's so good!

I love it, but for me its more of a dessert than a snack. I love blueberry.

The blueberry is good and the strawberry rhubarb is FREAKING AMAZING. Like..."I'd rather have it than a slice of cheesecake and I'm not even kidding" amazing. It is probably my all-time favorite dessert.

I don't care for the mango or passion fruit flavors, though. They are okay but to me, they manage to taste too sweet and too bitter at the same time.

I agree on the dessert thing. My husband and I share the 8 oz tub for dessert once in awhile, or I'll have it in 3-4 sittings as a major treat.

For "everyday" yogurt I use plain Fage and add a little honey or fruit, but noosa is a delicious indulgence.

I also love the reusable noosa containers. Just the perfect size for other snacks and dishwasher safe.

just looked it up and that's a large portion, and lot of calories and fat compared to most other yogurts, though it probably tastes delicious because of that lol. I can get that amount of protein and way less sugar & fat for half the calories from Siggi's Icelandic yogurt. It's a smaller portion but, same amount of protein which is really what I am looking to get from eating yogurt. It's a little expensive, and harder to find than the Fage or the Chobani that are so popular (and yummy too) and it's less sweet but its incredibly satisfying. Might be worth a try if you are looking for alternatives, depending on your priorities.

    Wait. Oh. The gelatin.
Dang, they changed the recipe. Oh, well. One less brand for me. Not because I'm veg*n but because I DON'T WANT GELATIN OR PECTIN IN MY YOGURT.

This is why we can't have nice things.

Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? That's what it is to be a slave.
