Thigh, Legs, and Bum Exercises?!

Hello,
I've been working for while now on my weight loss journey. I have been doing squats for a while but I would like to reduce fat in my legs and lift my bum. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me on exercises that help tone up these areas.

    Some of the ladies I work out with have had great results with the squats, leg press, and leg curls. Cant help but throw in some cardio to go with it. How long have you been working out? If you BF% is dropping those areas should as well.

    you can't spot reduce fat but you can strengthen the muscles underneath.

    as far as butt lifting go for heavy weighted squats where your upper thighs are parallel to the ground or lower, deadlifts, hip bridges, lunges, hill sprints

    Squats with weights would be a good place to start

    Squats and deadlifts.









    And lose fat. And walking lunges with dumbbells. Those are the debil, but the debil will give you nice legs and butt.

    I would go with lunges. It really hits those glute muscles.
