I know losing 11 lbs is not much but...

After giving birth to my 8 month old daughter I was really depressed about my weight. I had "love handles" which I've never had before and cellulite galore!!! My clothes didn't fit right or fit at all and I had picked up some bad eating habits because I never had time for myself anymore. I found that changing my nutrition helped me better than ANY work out regiment I have EVER done. I feel less tired, more energetic and even if it was only 11 lbs. lost. I fit better in my clothes, my face has slimmed out, I've gained most of my muscles mass back (pre-pregnancy), and I feel a lot more confident. I still have 10 lbs. to go to be at my pre-pregnancy weight but I am still happy and proud and wanted to share my success stories with others! :)

Profile picture - Those pants used to be very tight on me, and now I can pull them right off without unzipping and buttoning :)

congrats i'm in the same boat. i too lost a total of 11lbs and i can really tell a difference in my clothes, and my husband says he can see curves again, so that's way awesome and inspiring to keep going.

  Even worse than a cookie...its a cupcake....Red Velvet + frosting + MORE frosting....ya can lick off Santa's beard to get to his base-face underneath. All yummylicious!

(Edited to add: Thank you :) I made them!)
