I do "Fitness Blender" for Cardio & Strength, google is your friend on this. No equipment needed.
Tae Bo and Kick Boxing for more Cardio no equipment need.
Kettlebells for strength, the bells do get expensive the stronger you get though.
I do Strongelifts 5x5 at home, basic home gym set needed. (bench, barbell, plates, rack stands)
Cardio for keeping my heart healthy and strength for body Comp.

Thanks for the add! I am doing fitness blender's workouts everyday, usually the 1000 calorie video and some butt routines for a perky round butt. Arm routines as well, all from fitnessblender. and maybe look up some random yoga video at night, mixing it up with a random strength routine from fitness blender. so basically, i do my workouts twice a day. i am doing more because i realize i'll fall off the wagon really easily in the middle of the day and i'll get so upset so i have to make that up with more calorie burn. i have such a terrible willpower. anyway fitnessblender's vids are great, a good variety to choose from but no music. so i'll play another workout music vid from youtube.0

I generally hate on crossfit, but one of my favorite workouts is "Linda." I do it about one a month at a non-crossfit gym.0

Squat jumps , burpees & the treadmill all HIIT plans.
I usually watch Scott Herman's videos.0 -

Burpees are no.1 for me
