We did a study, weighing and measuring 4 typical males and 4 typical females. We determined their normal (1/2 higher, 1/2 lower)
BMI is 35 for males, 32 for females. So for ppl with only a BMI of - for ex., 27 - we prescribe a diet of 3000 calories per day, and 5 hours of watching TV per day, until they get their weight up to the new normal.
