I have a question for P90X people?

I have purchased P90X3 for my husband and I, and am curious as if it's for me.

Some background info: I'm 5'7" and small frame. I had originally lost 45 lbs (185-140) on cardio alone. Once I hit 140 I stalled for a very, very long time. I did/do Turbo Fire on a regular basis. I tried free weights for two months and gained to 160 and also gained inches. I tried Insanity and 1700-1900 calories, 0/40/20 and lost nothing. No inches, no pounds. I was doing something wrong... so I got back to cardio and 1300 calories and now I'm hovering in the 145-150 zone. However, I'm skinny fat... even when I was 140 I was the same.

So my question is, will P90X3 help me shed fat and lose inches? Will I gain alot initially? I'm getting over the scale obsession and I think this may be what my body needs to push through these plateau's. Any and all input and advice will be greatly appreciated :smile:
