Extra motivation thanks to myfitnesspal!

Hi, I'm Cate. I joined this site today & I'm so impressed with how it works. It has really given me the extra motivation that I needed to shed some excess weight that has re-attached itself to my body. I shed 36kg(in 28 wks) in 2007 but 9kg has found it's way back stealthily. I use the word shed, rather than lost, as I know where it was(all over) & where it went, just as I know where this 9kg is now. On my hips & thighs. Grrr. I exercise every day & feel really fit(for a 57 yr old) but my pants are tight & I don't feel slim any more. Some days I walk (anywhere between 1-5kms): other days(2-3 times a week) I ride my stationary bike followed by 2 sets of weights(a total of 240 reps, but with only 2kg weights) & once a week I do Tai Chi.
It will be interesting to add what I eat each day & my exercise & see what it all should mean. Thank you very much! I love it!
