Couldn't run to the mailbox before MFP

When joining MFP almost a year ago, I couldn't have run to the mailbox wide open. I was fat and miserable. What a life changing experience the last year has been. While still have a ways to go, really feel like a new man with renewed lease on life at 45yrs of age.

Some things I'm proudest of.
I've lost in excess of 60lbs
Pants size went from 42 waist 32 length to 32 waist 34 length
Couch to 5k
Ran first 5k 10k and 10 mile events
Ran a 5k with my daughter on my back much of the way ( haha we were having a fun daddy/daughter weekend)
Biked 52 miles and ran 5k in one day
Kayaked 33 miles in one day
Ran 35 miles in past 7 days while training for kayaking Ultra Marathon 62 miles in March

Thank you MFP and friends for the community support, couldn't have done it without ya !

Haha Evidently I wasn't running fast enough. No telling how many times I heard "giddyup daddy, they are passing us!" during the course of that event. :laugh:
