Hey! So I am like most, trying to lose weight and more importantly the fat bits! I like to go to classes but my work times have changed so the only time I can get to the gym is early morning (which I hate bit I force myself)!

Now that I have no classes or leader telling me what todo I don't know what too!! I aim for 1 hour sessions! What do I put in them??
My fitness atm is a bit below average but I'm working on it!

Anyone got any routine or good exercises or tips for weight loss?? That aren't boring?? :)!!

Also, whilst I'm here.... Is it normal to feel really hungry after working out in morning! I use to work out at night and was fine, had my dinner and done! But when it's in the morning I'm really hungry even after breakfast and then the rest of the day there is a want of more food???

Thanks everyone!! x

What types of things do you like to do for workouts?

Yes, you should pretty much always plan to eat after working out (whether a meal or a post workout snack) to refuel your body and keep from being hungry all day. Personally, for the 3 weeks I tried morning workouts, I did something small beforehand (like a banana) then did breakfast after. It's all a personal preference though.

Weight loss (or fat loss) is really mostly about how much you eat. You need a calorie deficit to lose weight, and that is most easily accomplished through your diet, with exercise as a helpful supplement.

As far as exercise goes - do what you enjoy. Don't do stuff that you hate that will turn into a chore and you might end up giving up on after a few weeks. There are lots of benefits to cardio, and it's a very good idea to incorporate some form of resistance training. More specific recommendations will depend on what kind of exercise you enjoy doing or are interested in trying out.
