Re-Losing Weight

A week ago I got sick and made the choice to stop watching my diet and exercising (hope to look up how to spell "exercising" on Google )
Now I'm felling better and ready to get back in but I feel like if I had just watched my diet I wouldn't have to re-lose the weight
I know it's my fault but it's just aggravating. Anyone else ever feel this way?
Also I feel less Motivated than before. How can I be get motivated to workout?

You need to re-lose the weight from a week ago?
As for feeling motivated - you can't always rely on motivation unfortunately. You just have to get out and do it. Chances are good that you'll start feeling more motivated once you get back on track, rather than the other way around.0 -
Yeah That doesn't really sound right Re-losing weight especially from a week ago xD
And Thanks I guess you're right I do feel more motivated at the gym than at home0 -
I put my gym clothes and shoes right by my bed so I don't have to stumble around looking for them in the morning - makes me more likely to head out to the gym.
If you go after work - then go RIGHT after work. Don't go home and think you'll go later. It never happens0 -
Same feeling here Icon after a week of the flu and eating all the holiday cookies I encountered. Let's do this together! We can not be defeated!

This is so true! If I go home then there's always a million other things that I need to do.0 -
I do 10 minutes of abs in the am (easy abs - I hate working out). It gets my system up and running and I feel like since I started I may as well do the best I can the rest of the day :bigsmile:0
