What's are the little mileposts you look back fondly on?
Here's a couple of mine:
The first time I put the 2x45 pounders on the Olympic bar and benched it.
The day I moved from level 1 intervals on the stairmaster to level 2's.
First time I went over 100 lbs squatting.

When I ran 1 straight mile after surgery (was out for 4 months).
When I realized no matter how much I weighed it is OK so long as I am a size small fitness clothes and a size 5 in women's (I carry a lot of lbs because I have a "large" frame though I'm only 5'1").
Seeing both my boys become runners because I'm a runner.:bigsmile:0
