Advice on Rest Days

Hi,
I plan to have set exercises of either swimming, and a choice between 2 circuits for now and wondering how many rest days a week I should have.
Circuit 1:
Press-ups: 25 x 3
Sit-ups: 30 x 3
Plank: 30s x 3
Circuit 2:
Press-ups: 25 x 3
Trunk curls: 30 x 3
Plank: 30s x 3
Swimming:
freestyle, lengths, fairly vigorous with rests for around 20-30 mins.
My plan is to do a circuit (alternating between them) if i cannot get to the swimming pool that day. Or to do swimming and no circuit.
Hope this makes sense and advice on how many days a week I should not be doing anything would be greatly appreciated.

I'd consider the circuit days to be "rest days". Basically you're getting daily activity in, which is good, but it's not really pushing to the point you should need full body recovery time.0
