Do these macros sound right? HELP!

Okay so I went to a nutritionist today (I'm in recovery from and eating disorder and trying to build muscle and maintain weight) I asked for her to calculate my macros and they don't seem right.. Im 132 lbs 5'9 and female. My macros are 62 grams of fat, 160 grams of carbs and 87 grams of protein. And to maintain my weight i have to eat 1545 cals a day.. This seems kind of low.. and protein seems kinda low too. 1545 is almost my BMR.. So I dont get it! I usually workout like 3 or more times a week and all the cal calculators Ive used say to eat like 1700-1800 on sedentary days and to eat like 1900-200 on lightly active days. Im so confused. I really really want to start IIFYM! So please can you help me out?? Or if you have any advice on macros, please help me out! Thanks soo much!

    did she explain how she came to those figures? did you tell her 1500 seemed low?
