    Mine is open, I don't think I fit IIFYM description because I kinda don't give a rat's butt about macros. I just count calories and stop eating when they are gone, don't care where they come from. I also don't exercise much. I am the poster child of all things to do "wrong" while trying to lose weight and yet it is working better than anything else I have tried.
