I got sold these today at the local market. Outstanding flavor, worth a shot if you like Vinegars and Olive Oil. Can't wait to use them as a salad dressing.

    Didn't know Idaho had a balsamic industry. Not trying to undermine your intentions but this is just a company buying bulk balsamic to resell and who knows where they got it or from which country........if you really like balsamic pick one from Italy.
