And make myself so proud!

Lift some ******ing steel,
Eat some foods,
To nourish thyself,
It's a wonderful effing deal!

Low cal diets blow,
I'd rather lose weight slow,
Oh what fun, it is to tone,
While your friends just ask "how!?"

...Take this with a grain of salt, I've had a couple glasses of wine (They fit my macros, psshh)

LOL I bought the sweater at Walmart, made the 'sleeves' out of felt & fuzz, and put the gloves and stuff on it with hot glue.

So, to prove I'm not a total Debbie Downer, here's my contribution...
