New cardio workout I've just made up

As per the title, here's a new 12 minute cardio workout I've devised. I workout in the mornings after walking the dog for an hour but before cycling to work 6 miles, so it needed to be quick. But as I want to lose fat, it needed to pack as much of a punch as possible, so its a Tabata workout (3x circuits of 4 minutes each). I'll be using a 16kg kettlebell for the exercises that need it (i.e. snatches, cleans) and a 20kg 'bell for the swings:

X3 rounds
• Snatches – R
• Snatches - L
• Swings
• Mountain climbers
• Squat thrusts/burpees
• Single-Arm Clean – R
• Single-Arm Clean – L
• Insanity level 1 drills

Thought I'd post it here in case anyone was looking for a short but sharp cardio blast :)
