Don't panic...there is nothing to panic about. 600 over, you're still most likely in a deficit position and at most maintenance. You have to remember that your calorie goal is NOT maintenance...it already includes a massive deficit for weight loss. You would have to consume 3500 over maintenance to gain even a pound of fat and even then, your body is very good at dealing with excess energy when it just happens on occasion.

Thought I should address the questions about my seemingly worrying intake
I use MFP to log the bad food I eat, because I decided if I logged everything I would get obsessive over it. Only logging the things I didn't need to eat makes me realise how much rubbish I do eat, which is why my limit is so low - it's the limit of "junk" food I will allow myself. Thanks, though, for worrying about me! I'm 24, and 5'9; my goal weight is 160lb.0
