To get better at managing my budget!

ETA: maybe SAVE some money in 2014!
  • I'm going to try to avoid bread in my diet (probably at tall order lol) 5 days a week....

    Mine are:

    Lose 20 lbs
    Go to the gym consistantly
    Learn to drive
    Practice yoga
    Go running/bike riding 3 times a week :)
  • Fitness/health related:

-Incorporate more strength training/lifting into my routine
-Finish TurboFire and 30 Day Shred (not at the same time, but I have started both and quit them this year)
-Get into the "overweight" BMI category instead of "obese"
-Develop better eating habits at restaurants (e.g. a side salad or vegetable instead of fries)

    Non-fitness related:

-Make a firm decision on a career choice, which means deciding whether to continue pursuing sports management or look elsewhere for options
-Pass my driving test (I took it this year, but failed!)
-Move out of my parents' home
-Truly make time for things I need to or want to do, basically be less lazy when it comes to non-fitness interests
-Make new friends and pursue new hobbies
  • Don't wait until the new year, do it now!
