Looking for a workout routine

Hey all.....getting my butt back in the gym. I know I will be successful and follow through if I start with a realistic goal, so for now I am aiming for 3 days per week at the gym. I am coming off of a foot injury and was given the ok to use the bike an treadmill for walking and strength training. The gym I go to has great nautilus equipment and some free weights.

I am looking for a workout routine for three days per week to help with weight loss and helping my body get back in shape.
