so i'm a mum of two boys (20 months and 2 months) i'm nursing my two month old and pumping for my 20 month old. I checked the "light activity" box for my activity level since i don't do much more then housework and chase after my toddler all day. Should i check the next box down on the list (higher activity level) since i'm nursing and burning more calories?

I am nursing my 10 month old and that is how I set mine up, I increased my activity level so my daily calories were higher. Some others on here though, I've seen will add Breastfeeding as an exercise and it will add 500 calories to your balance. Because my baby is much older, I thought that was too much for me but you definitely will cover that 500 calories pumping and nursing. You will be able to tell by your level of weight loss if you need to add more or less.0
