I know this is probably really stupid, but I needed to ask. Lately I've been craving tangerines and I eat them a lot. Like 7/8 a day? I mean with breakfast 3, for snack few and for dinner "desert". They're really small, but very tasty. Do you think it's healthy to eat so many of them? Am I going to gain weight eating them?

It's the time of year and they're generally really tasty, except this year, they're crap. Add your total calorie consumption and if when you inclued the tangerines it exceeds your TDEE then you could put on weight. However I suspect your in a deficit, so the tangerines would need to be at least 4000 calories + for that to happen. What do you think?

Thank you, guys! My calorie in take should be 1200, but I rarely eat more than 1000. So when I eat tangerines, I'm not going over my calories, only sugars.

I wouldn't, just because it would be impossible to reach a good protein goal eating so many of them.

And it really depends on the batch, lol. I love clementines, but finding really good ones is the luck of the draw. Most of the time we end up with a horrible batch that nobody will eat... and unfortunately we can't just buy a few, it has to be a whole box.

I'd suggest you add more food then along with your tangerines. If tangerines are preventing you from getting other healthy foods then no, it is not a good thing. Eat your 1200 calories.

Thank you, guys. I will eat 1200, I know anything less is unhealthy.
