I've heard of both not sure which is better. If I use ice spikes are my shoes gonna be ruined come spring? Do yak tracks fall off easily? Any opinions?? I did the treadmill for the first time today and can't see myself doing the treadmill very often-I hated it!

My favorites are Stabilicers. They don't slip around on my shoes and are not too terribly bad to walk on dry patches of pavement. I also have Get-a-Grips. I think they are better on the ice but not as great when you hit a dry patch. I don't know what ice spikes are but I don't think I'd want anything that I couldn't pull off easily.0

I've only ever used YakTrax and I love them! Easy to put on and take off but I've never had them come off on their own!0
