Calorie question..

Okay. So i just ate 8 dried pineapples from the brand natures harvest. On the back it says 140 calories per 1/4 cup. I didnt have a 1/4 cup, and im having trouble figuring out how many calories are in each pineapple so I can enter it manually. Im so confused! I dont want to overestimate my calories because I dont want to have under 1200!
