Sternum pain from dips

I recently restarted YAYOG after a break due to personal circumstances. Anyhoo, only on 3rd week in (I think) of the basic program. Never had a problem with dips before now but had to do them with my legs straightened instead of bent. Halfway through I started having a discomfort in my chest but pushed through it. As the day gas progressed, the pain has gotten worse. It's about halfway down my sternum but more to my right side. Feels like I have an elephant on my chest And ddeep breaths really hurt.

What have I done and should I leave dips until it gets better? Will I have them after every time now?
