Worked out on my trusty kettlebell last night for the first time in a while. Excitedly, I went to enter in my time etc, but there was no option. Really?
Can anyone tell me the best way to track an activity that isnt there? Its a pretty intense workout that I would prefer to document accurately.
Thanks.

Wear a heart rate monitor. Enter your own exercise with the calories burned from the heart rate monitor.
Otherwise it is all pretty much just a guess... Even a HRM isn't always accurate.0 -
Couldn't you log it as strength training or circuit training?0

i log it as circuit training, its cutting it a little bit on the short side calories wise but it's close enough.0

MFP's values are rarely accurate anyhow, so you're better off coming up with your own caloric value.0

No. Don't use your HRM for strength training.
And OP, depending on your routine, it'd be under strength training or circuit training.
