Hello everyone! My name is Kiki. I used to work in a fairly active job on my feet all day and swim instructor 2 times a week. I walked dogs and I was fairly healthy. I started a new job where I am at a desk all day and gained about 15lbs. I am looking to get my weight down and maybe drop a dress size. I didn't grow out of any of my clothing since the job change but I certainly don't feel as confident as I used to.

I have tried a couple times to get more active but it feel quickly do to lack of support. (people kinda look at me liek I am crazy when I say I want to get into shape) and the weather hasn't been that great in letting me just kinda go out and walk or run.

I came here looking for advice and comrade in trying to get into shape and improving my health. Don't be afraid to message me. :smile:

    Welcome!
    I work two desk jobs myself, so I totally get where you are coming from. I workout 4-5 times a week, I love to workout and always try to motivate others to join me.
