HUGS RECIEVED IN LOVE

This time of year gets me down, and got me thinking of the last time I got a hug and how many in the last years, and came up with 2-3 in the last 7-8 years. A very sad scenario, but it is part of why I may be eating myself to death, but recently have decided to wake up and change this pattern of loneliness and depression. I am still lonely and sad at times, but am making small strides in slowing the over-eating somewhat, then I give in and try and give in, and if God is willing I am too., and with his help I will overcome this, if not then failure may be in my future, as it is for so many of lonely forgotten people out here, or people who lost all the people important to them. Prayers have kept me from totally giving up, which is so much easier than the long hard road back to where I need to be. Give up , not if I wish to live, and trust me I do.

So Please pray for me
