    I am 5'4", 184 lbs, size 14/16. I started with NROLFW, then went to Stronglifts for about 6 months, and now I'm moving into 5/3/1.

    5'3, 154lbs. Doing NROLFW, completed stage 1 a few months ago, then a family emergency turned my rest week into a rest couple of months, so I'm redoing the last half of stage 1 now (starting at 10 reps) before moving forward to stage 2.

    I do my own stuff.....lots of compound lifts.

    I am 5'7" and 142lbs. I wear a size 4/6. I am trying to cut a little off the weight so I can see some of my muscle!

    Last night I worked out and did the following (3x8):

    squats: 155lbs
    deadlifts: 165lbs
    OHP: 60lbs
    benchpress: 105lbs
    latpulldown: 115lbs

    I'm doing my own program now 2 days per week, but I'm starting ChaLean Extreme for the 3rd in February. I wouldn't worry as much about your scale weight, but take pics and bring out that measuring tape!
