30 day squat and ab challenge

Had any body done the 30 day squat or an challenge or both, and did you see results?

  • i did both but didnt complete then all the way. i did see the change in my thighs from the squats, but as for as abs go i have a flabby stomach so not much change there yet and honestly im not sure how much the ab challenge will help with this, but im determined.. im starting it again and ill keep adding in increments of 5 then start over after 60 days. this is what i intend to do for my abs. hope this helps.
