Fake Fit Challenges

So this is a public rant, apologies in advance if I offend anyone.

I signed up for a city-wide "Fit Challenge" and was invited to a free "body scan." When I got there, I didn't see any weights or machines or cardio equipment (that they said they did have), and that should have told me a lot.

Anyways, so I got my body fat tested with those electric impedance things. Thing said I'm 37% (I'm actually 28%), and the guy said I should be at 18%. Facts so way off. Then I was told I was severely obese because my BMI is 25. Didn't bother telling him I lift, and really think BMI is a retarded way to measure people. Pretended to be an airhead.

The "Coach" then showed me pictures of his weight loss WITHOUT exercising. That's when I noticed the Herbalife posters all around the place. That is all. /end rant.
